Things that speed aging:



1.    Eating lots of sugars: Instead stick to whole grains. Things that contain a lot of sugars damage collagen that keeps skin smooth and firm.

2.    Traditional produced dairy poultry and meat cause acne: Choose grain-fed beef and poultry and organic dairy for softer skin. Also taking green and black tea which contains protective compounds help prevent skin cancers and breakdown of collagen, the cause of wrinkles.

3.    Stress: Get toned by doing exercising regularly to help get toned and prevent the skin from sagging. However indulge yourself in stress free exercises such as yoga that reduce inflammation and stress that speed up skin aging. Also try and get enough sleep to avoid straining and exhausting the body.
