skin. Also taking green and black tea which contains protective compounds help
prevent skin cancers and breakdown of collagen, the cause of wrinkles.
3.Stress: Get toned by doing exercising
regularly to help get toned and prevent the skin from sagging. However indulge
yourself in stress free exercises such as yoga that reduce inflammation and
stress that speed up skin aging. Also try and get enough sleep to avoid
straining and exhausting the body.
